Your custom furniture will be carefully crated and shipped via LTL freight from South Carolina directly to your door. Please note that due to the nature of LTL shipping and potential weather-related delays, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Important Considerations:

• Shipping Delays: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. These issues should be addressed directly with the LTL carrier.
• Shipping Claims: Any shipping claims or issues must be filed directly with the LTL carrier. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection purposes.

Delivery and Inspection:

Upon delivery, please inspect the crate(s) for any visible damage. If damage is evident, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact the carrier immediately.
